Size & Composition
Precise dimensions are critical for biometric scanning.
The photo must measure exactly 35mm by 45mm. The most critical metric is the head size; the distance from the top of your hair to the bottom of your chin must be between 25mm and 36mm. If the head appears too small or too large within the frame, the application will be rejected.
Your head must be centered, covering about 70-80% of the photo area. Ensure you are facing the camera directly with your shoulders level. Do not tilt your head or look away from the lens, as alignment is key for facial recognition software.
